I am booked on the Miracle in an 8a deck 4 towards stern of the ship. we are about 8 rooms from the back of ship. i read somewhere the aft rooms are warm and usually between 72-78 degrees. can't they get cooler than this with air? 78 is too hot for my old man cruising with us. please advise.

I believe what you are reading is that the aft facing balconies can get quite warm. You will be fine with the temp in your cabin. Those balconies that face the wake of the boat (aft) do tend to get warm when in port and not moving. I still LOVE them!!
