bttravel Posted January 14, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 14, 2011 After reading other posts, I see our Radiance of the Seas will dock at thehinternational Pier in Cozumel. As another has asked, what is there to do directly off @ pier? I want to go to the new Mega Store. Is it walkable? Has anyone gone there? If I need to take a taxi, how much would it cost and would I be able to find one easily to return me to the ship? I have gone to Cozumel a couple of times but docked at Carnival's one. Loved that "made for cruisers" town. How far is that pier from the International?

bttravel Posted January 17, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted January 17, 2011 Glad to hear there are a few thing to do without going into town. Mainly want to have a drink and salsa and chips. Any restaurants there to fit the bill? Anyone have info on the Mega store?
dappledumpling Posted January 18, 2011 #4 Share Posted January 18, 2011 I think there is a senor frogs 2 there so yea chips/salsa and drinks. Never been to the mega mart so no help there.. I typically spend 20-25 dollars on cab fare and head over to chen rios or coconuts realax there for a few hours away from the crowds before heading back Rick
goldne Posted January 18, 2011 #5 Share Posted January 18, 2011 I love Mega too! They have the best coffee on Cozumel and their bakery is awesome. It's not too far from the International pier, but we took a cab there...it was about a 5 minute ride. Plenty of taxis waiting outside when you're done. Across the street is a great restaurant called Jeannie's which is right on the water and has great breakfasts. Hope that helps. :)
