All of the support is really helping my efforts as I put myself out there. We have 2 cruises under our belt and going going to do a Disney Vacation this year. CateW Posted January 16, 2011 #3 Share Posted January 16, 2011 Good Luck to you! 27 years ago I lost 100 pounds and have kept it off all of these years. I'm 55. My weight fluctuates up and down about 5 pounds and I'd like to lose an additional 5-7. It can be done but it does take commitment. I was very strict with what I ate and the goal was to have something that I really wanted and didn't eat the whole time it took me to lose that weight. (chips and dip).
