Hi Everyone

 

I am journaling my weight loss efforts as I strive to loose 125lbs.

All of the support is really helping my efforts as I put myself out there.

 

We have 2 cruises under our belt and going going to do a Disney Vacation this year. Next year I plan to be on the lido deck in a bathing suit of my choice.

Good Luck to you! 27 years ago I lost 100 pounds and have kept it off all of these years. I'm 55. My weight fluctuates up and down about 5 pounds and I'd like to lose an additional 5-7. It can be done but it does take commitment. I was very strict with what I ate and the goal was to have something that I really wanted and didn't eat the whole time it took me to lose that weight. (chips and dip). I seldom, if ever eat any kind of dip now at all. There's a lot of support here.
