san juan taxi

does anyone know what the taxi cost would be for 3 people from the San Juan Airport to the pier for the Adventure of the Sea's and about how long it will take?

We were charged $19 for the taxi (there were 2 of us,but I think it's the same for 1 or more) plus $1 for each piece of luggage. There were many available and it took 15 to 20 minutes to get to the port. Enjoy.

I have a handout from the taxi stand at the airport in San Juan that says $19 from airport to cruise port.

 

A charge of $2 per person for the 6th & 7th passengers, a charge of $1 per piece of luggage.

 

The trip takes approximately 15 minutes. I just did this on Thursday, paid $19 for myself, & only had a carry on, no luggage.

 

The prices are fixed rates, so you won't get ripped off, & it was safe. Hope this is helpful information. :)

I agree, it is completely safe, it is run by the goverment, and prices are set. They will give you (I think Yellow) a bill right at the airport. Have fun & enjoy. Our driver even took us to a store to buy some soda, it was no extra charge, but we gave him a good tip.
