Booking a Tuesday Exciting Deal

I check the Exciting Deals link regularly, usually on Friday. Why do those prices/offers frequently seem NOT to appear on the web site when Tuesday rolls around?

 

Any tips, tricks, hints for actually booking one of these???

Captains club members get to book at the Tuesday Special Event prices on the Monday so there might not be certain categories or special prices left for the next day.

Wow! I never knew this before....

Do you have to book online?

If you use a TA, and you are a Captain's Club member, can they book it for you on Monday or do they have to wait until Tuesday?

I had no idea that we could book on Monday! That's great :D.

 

Any more info out there?
