StanandJim Posted January 21, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2011 It's almost 5PM in Barcelona now, and Marinas first passengers are gathering in coolish (46 °F) Barcelona, in preparation for her first cruise. http://www.stormsurf.com/page2/links/currsatl.html Stormsurf is predicting smooth sailing west of Tenerife (probably the reason why such a southerly port was chosen), and temperatures are soaring to a glorious 82°F in Miami today. :D So be brave, chilly Maidens, it will get better! TKS Posted January 21, 2011 #3 Share Posted January 21, 2011 We just returned from the wonderful pre-cruise dinner with about 40 of our Marina shipmates. Wonderful meal! We laughed all evening, and what fun to meet this great group of people. We board the ship in the morning. She has been sitting in port all day singing her siren Song. We will heed that call very soon now, and we will share it with you all, our CC friends. Good night everyone.
