Island Tour

We will be in Grand Cayman the last of March. We have a group, 6 to 10 people, that would like to do an island tour including turtles and Hell but not the stingrays. We have at least one person that can not do a lot of walking so a little shopping would not hurt but...any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I honestly would just hop in a cab to do an island tour. The taxi's there are actually mini vans, so 6 people can easily fit in one...If you have 10 people though, you want to grab two taxis.

There will be taxi drivers willing to give you tours right when you get off the ship. I did one recently for $20pp that went to Hell, the Turtle Farm, Dolphin park (Turtle Farm and Dolphins Park are right across the street from each other) rum cake factory and 7 mile beach.

If there are more places you want to see or a place you are not interested in stopping, just let your driver know and s/he will adjust the price if needed.

It lasted a couple of hours. Afterwards, some of us stayed on the beach and caught another cab back to the ship. The ones that wanted to do some shopping got dropped off back in the downtown area.

We did the Island tour with Captain Marvin...it is a very easy kind of trip, DW has MS and needs a wheelchair which they accommodated. The turtle farm is an outstanding visit. The whole trip is less that 2 hrs including turtle farm and Hell.
