La Reserve on Marina

We are really interested in more information on what La Reserve has to offer. On the Oceania site the only information we can find is that you can enjoy a 7 course dinner with matching wines at a cost of $75 plus gratuity.

Can anyone share their experience (we know the maiden voyage just started last weekend.... ;))?

perhaps some onther insights on wine tastings etc?

Brgds,

We were on the Maiden Voyage & did La Reserve one of our last nights on the ship. I'd highly recommend it! The food was excellent as were the wines that were paired with the courses. Here are a few of the courses we had: Lobster & Mascarpone Pancake with Baby Carrot Emulsion & Rock Chive Cress ( wine was champagne pommery brut rose, France), Cream of Porcini with Sauteed Duck Foie Gras Bites & Croutons ( wine - Cervaro Castello dellas sala chardonnay, Italy), main course was 72 hour low braised short rib with gnocchi au jus . . . Just delicious & well worth it.
