Submarine excursion - what else can we do?

As a family (parents and teenager) we've decided we'd all like to do the Atlantis submarine excursion in the Cayman Islands. The only availability for this 1.5 hour excursion is from 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM. What else would we have time to do while in Cayman - before and/or after? We're not particularly interested in swimming with string rays or visiting a turtle farm. Is there enough time for us to get to the Seven Mile Beach and hangout and still make it to our tour at 11, or for after our tour and still make it back to the ship on time? Our ship is scheduled to be docked in Cayman from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Around what time would the first tender arrive on land and the last tender leave?

Thanks for any help!

The submarine company allocates blocks of seats to the cruise lines for sale onboard. There are frequently unsold seats available on the day. When you get ashore, check to see if you can be accomodated on an earlier dive.
