Best way to spend day waiting for flight home??

I have been doing some research on different options for disembarkation day. Given that our flight home is not until 9:20PM, I was trying to decide what would be the best way to spend the day. Any suggestions?

There are several tour operators providing tours of the island. Robert's tours is one of them. That way your luggage would stay with you. Also, the ship has sponsored excursions that day. Look for a tour with airport drop-off. While I general prefer independent tours I am a big fan of taking a ship sponsored tour (or Robert's in Hawaii) on disembarkment day when you have a late enough flight, just for the sheer convenience.

Thank you for your input. We have actually decided on a tour that will take us around the island and take about 8 hours :)
