Roatan Resort Adventure Package???

Has anyone gone to the Roatan Resort Adventure Package offered by Island Marketing? The only thing I've found is reviews from people who have stayed at the "all inclusive" resort. I'm curious about reviews from people who have went there as a part of their cruise vacation.

 

If you've been there, how is the food? Can you rent snorkeling equipment?
