Fuel Charge

I see that oil has gone up to $100.00 a barrell. RCCL states thay will charge $5.00 a day per person if the price goes up to $60.00, I wonder how much longer they are going to hold off enforcing the increase. Do you also think the charge is just around the corner.

Where do you see it being USD $100 per barrel? It actually went down a half % today.

If they do implement the surcharge, will it apply to cruises paid in full, or only new bookings and those under deposit?

When I had a Mediterranean cruise with Royal booked and paid in full in 08 they added the fuel charge shortly after and if I remember correctly we had to pay it..
