ikajus Posted March 3, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2005 Which of the 10 restaurants charge and which are free? (At least aboard the STAR or other similar ship) I know that there's the Aqua, Versailles, La Trattoria, Cagney's, LeBistro, Market Cafe, Ginza, SoHo Room, Endless Summer, and Blue Lagoon. And if you have the time and are willing......How much do they cost and what kind of food does each serve. If you only know about one or two -- the info would still be much appreciated! immargaret Posted March 3, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 3, 2005 There were a few threads about dining on the STAR about 2 weeks ago. Here is the link to one of the threads, you can do a search and find more if you want. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=131451&highlight=STAR+dining+rooms+restaurants :D

Free restaurants: Versailles, Aqua, Market Cafe, Endless Summer, Blue Lagoon ... These are your main dining rooms and buffets and such... Cagneys, Le Bistro, La Trattoria, SoHo, Ginza are all fee based specialty restaurants ranging from $12.50 on up, with cagneys being the most at around $20.00 (Prices change every so often...) Le Bistro specializes in Filet Mignon and maine lobster tail along with a few other dishes... basicallty Mediterranean Frech cuisine, Cagneys is a true steakhouse, La Trattoria is italian, and Ginza is teppanyaki and sushi. Hope these help :)
Bob P Posted March 3, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 3, 2005 One minor correction to the most recent post: La Trattoria is free (or at least it was free on the Star January 16-24). Bob P
