Where can I buy wine near the NOLA port?

I tried to do a search for this, but couldn't find an answer. We like to buy wine to take on board the ship with us. I am unfamiliar with the port area, but does anyone know if there is a wine/liquor store within walking distance of the port in New Orleans? We will be on the NCL Spirit if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Wine Institute of New Orleans. Great wine bar on Tchopitoulas (2 blocks walk from the port and about 3 blocks down) Probably going to be your best bet for wine.

Do you think it will be open by 10:00 or 10:30 on a Sunday morning? In Texas, they have "blue laws" that require businesses to wait until noon on Sunday before they can sell beer or wine.
