florida resident discount on cruise

is it better to wait until they have a florida resident on cruise or book in on the ship they just release a 7 days cruise on the magic for $85 a night or for a outside room 140 that was for the april 9 date that come to 1385 for a insde room for 2 people not bad

It totally depends on how quickly a particular cruise sells. If it's getting somewhat close to the departure date - 60 days or so - and they still have quite a few staterooms unsold, they'll start offering special rates in an effort to fill the ship up. If the cruise is almost full a week or two before departure, they may offer some "last minute" rates to FL residents or Cast Members.
