Weather/rain related question

I noticed that as of now, the weather forecast for Grand Cayman seems to be showers for the 11th through the 14th (which is all I can see right now). The 14th of course, is when we will be in port/tendered in Grand Cayman. Has anyone experienced a whole day of rain while in GC, or is it likely to be a quick shower for an hour or two that lets off?

 

I know we experienced this last year when we went to Nassau and that was the case. It was raining when we first got into port at 7:00 or 8:00 am, but tapered off by the time we got off the ship at 9:00 am and we enjoyed a very nice day after that.

 

I am hoping for some good weather while in GC and Cozumel.....after all this cold weather and snow, I need some SUN! :)

I've been trying to find out the temps for MoBay, Grand Cayman & Cozumel for next week. I know that 80's is normal but this month has been full of not-so-normal weather.
