Mullin's Beach

My DH and I are looking to spend out day at Mullin's Beach. Can anyone elighten me as to what the beach is like, or what food shacks are there, or how the snorkelling is? I'm hoping that chair rentals are available here too, anyone know?

We went to Mullins a few years ago. Caught bus from bus station and it took @ 30/40 minutes along the coast. Very easy way to travel @ $1.50pp each way. The beach itself is quite narrow in part with chairs/umbrellas to rent. I believe each part is 'owned' by someone different. From memory there is at least one restaurant on the beach. Didn't snorkel so can't help you there. We had a lovely day there and plan to return when we can.

How far was the bus from the ship port? How do we get to the bus stop from the port?

As I recall we walked off ship and turned right at the Port and walked along pathway keeping sea to the right, crossed over road into bus station - probably about 10-15 minute walk. Check at Tourist Info at port just to be sure, pretty sure we got a free map from there.

Mullins beach is very nice. There is a restaurant right on the beach " Mullins Restaurant " and the food is very fresh and good......enjoy

OMG $20 for a hot dog and fries. That's insane!! I'll be bringing a cooler with sandwiches from the ship.

That may be Barbados dollars which means in USDs it would be 1/2. Still a bit pricy but not as bad!!!lol

Just FYI those are Barbados Dollars . So divide by 2 to get the US$ amount .Still not the cheapest restaurant, but has some good reviews .Enjoy the beach anyways ....
