Dream 5D Obstructed Views???

I just read a review of the Dream on disboards.com & the person wrote about a person with a 5D being surprised by their obstructed view verandah. The person did not list their cabin number. Does anyone have any information on this???

the only thing that I know of is when I called to see if we could change our cabin, they said that the balcony has a white steel around it instead of the clear stuff that you can see teh water when sitting down

I had booked one of these cabins for my niece as a wedding present. Then when I saw the pictures of the ship via the webcam at the shipyard I noticed that it had a white walled verandah. So I called Disney and was told that was not the case. I argued that I was looking at a live picture of the ship and that I am able to count (ie up to the deck where this cabin was) .

 

The Disney rep told me not to believe everything I see on the internet.lol

 

I changed the cabin to one deck up and now seeing the pictures I know I was right for sure.

Yikes! We are booked in a 5D cabin (#6160). Where did you see these pictures and the complaint?

 

When we booked, we were told we had an unobstructed view!:eek:
