Yes they do but its small and not much variety.

As of last October, there was no daytime grill area near the pool. They do set up a grill on one night only for a late night buffet/pool party, but nothing during the day. Windjammer (buffet) or room service were the only choices for hamburger/hot dog during the day.

There are hamburgers and hot dogs every day in the Windjammer for lunch and as another poster stated you can get hamburgers from room service anytime.

They used to set up a grill as you came into Nassau........not sure if they still do.......

They had a grill set up on the at sea day on the 4 day sailing. It was annoying a took up way too much real estate (that and the table of condiments) pool side. That was the only day I saw an outside grill

We just came off Monarch yesterday. On our departure day, Friday, they did not have a grill out but did have hamburgers and hot dogs set up pool side after the Windjammer closed probably for about an hour. They also did it on Sunday when we left Cocoa Cay. Not sure on Saturday, but they did have the midnight one. It's basically the sail away party's on the pool deck each time we left a port.
