There's an interesting discussion going on about how Posh shows on the deck plans at the very front of the ship. From your description it sounds like Posh is where it always has been, on Deck 18 directly accessed by the round glass elevator outside the buffet. The location on the deck plans is the very, very front of the ship, a large area away from the regular pool. The "regular" location is towards the front of the ship on the port (lefthand) side above the Garden Cafe, with two levels, and a bar in the middle of the lower level. Which is correct?

Yes you are correct you enter the Posh area from the the elevater located portside just outside of the garden cafe on deck 15. And yes there is a bar located in the middle of posh lounge deck 18 then you can walk up the stairs to the upper deck of posh which would be 19. Picture a loft apartment and thats what your looking at when trying to configure posh's 2 levels.

There are 2 elevaters located just outside the garden cafe (glass encased) 1 portside and 1 starboard and the starboard side takes you to the so called quiet lounging area which you don't need an access key card to use. The portside elevater if for access to spa suites/villas and posh lounge and key card is needed which y'll get upon purchase if not in a suite.

Where is guest services located? Is it lined up as soon as you get on board?

Guest services is mid ship deck 5 opposite cafe. The Latitudes, cruise consultant offices and shore excursion desks are all located in that area.

Sorry but I can't remember where we boarded and I don't even want to guess.
