Rare rrraydon Posted February 8, 2011 #26 Share Posted February 8, 2011 Why does "The Dukes of Hazzard" come to mind? Why not decorate your stateroom instead? Actually, YOU are the only one who wants to see it and I don't want your junk in my photos. YMMV I don't want you taking a picture of my door :p...anyway, trivial. bazarr2 Posted February 9, 2011 #28 Share Posted February 9, 2011 Ah- another Carnival "rule" that doesn't get enforced. Wonder which rules are. To show up before sail away. :)

pkrchkr Posted February 9, 2011 #30 Share Posted February 9, 2011 That is exactly why we put it on suction cups. If it is windy we take it down, if the cabin steward needs to take it down it is easy enough to do just that.It is just like the door decorations, if they want to take them down they are on with the plastersceen stuff and it is easy to take on and off.We try and get along with everyone and not cause then any more stress then they already have. BeeBeeCee Posted February 9, 2011 #31 Share Posted February 9, 2011 We were told by John on the Dream...if I remember right...that they don't want anything left on balconies or hung from them b/c if they happen to fly off, they may be mistaken as "man overboard". Something about a blow-up monkey one time blowing off a balcony :D I decorate my door ....and if someone doesn't like it...don't look :p
G'ma Posted February 9, 2011 #32 Share Posted February 9, 2011 We're sailing in a balcony cabin on Triumph and was wondering if they allow flags on the balcony? Thanks. Nope, can't do it. It is a fire hazard...and you'll find that info in the welcome aboard brochure, the Funtimes and announcments. Can't put clothes out to dry either.....
