Water taxi to Creole Rock Beach?

My family and I (4) will be in St. Martin on 3/19/2011 aboard Carnival Victory. I am wondering if a water taxi would take us through the Lagoon to Creole Rock Beach for the day and we could catch a cab home or take the water taxi back. Don't see anywhere this is set up. I see their is an excursion for snorkeling through the aquamania. Would just like to ride through the lagoon check out the big boats and scenery get out at the beach and chill for the day and head back about 3pm. Anyone know any way of accomplishing this. I did not see a beach at Creole Rock. Where abouts did you see a beach?
