rikatine Posted February 9, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2011 Sailing the Gem to Bermuda at the end of August and I'm wondering why the roll call boards for the Gem seem so quiet. Is this a cruise that does not book as far out? Any ideas? This will be our first time on the Gem, but I have been to Bermuda on the Dawn.
NYcruzzer Posted February 10, 2011 #2 Share Posted February 10, 2011 The roll call will heat up in as you get closer to sail date. I am leaving this Sunday on the Jewel. The M & G was first organized around mid January. Now there are close to 50 people and we also have a slot pull. Enjoy your cruise.

NYcruzzer Posted February 10, 2011 #4 Share Posted February 10, 2011 Thank you. We can't wait for Sunday. Hopefully we will have nice weather and calm seas. I hope to purchase a future cruise certificate onboard and make a reservation for the Gem to Bermuda as soon as I get home. Rates really drop 1st weak in September when the most kiddies are back in school.
