Changing seats in dining room?

What is the earliest you can go see the MTR'D to change your seating arrangements. Can you do this as soon as you board the ship or is there a specific time to be able to see the MTR'D.

On embarkation the Fun Times will list the time and place the MD will be taking requests.......Usually it's around 1:30......and you may or may not know the outcome that night but definately by the 2nd night.

When you board the ship, stop at the pursers desk and inquire about the times, and dining room location of the Maitre 'd. The earlier you find him, the better your chances of being reassigned "on the spot". Good luck, and have a GREAT cruise.

On our cruise last October, we had a couple join us on the 2nd night. They had requested to be moved because they said they were too close to the kitchen and it was too noisy. The dining room staff moved them right away with no problems or hassle.
