Trouble with Royal Caribbean website login

Is anyone else having trouble looking at their cruise reservation on Royal Caribbean's website. Most of the time when I try to log in I get an error message. "We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later". This has happened to me numerous times, I have called Royal Caribbean and they have not been much help.

 

Any suggestions?

It automatically refreshed and I am not able to view my reservation.

I've been trying to view/book excursions for our March 3rd cruise on IOS but with no luck - I'll try ringing them tomorrow. This is for the UK site, is it the same for you?

Try clicking on Countdown to Cruise and follow the instructions. This is the back door method of getting to your reservation...........and one that C&A recommends.

We have had this problem on the UK site now for at least three weeks. Unfortunately nothing has been done. Kimberley

I am also having trouble getting my posts to print on here as one can see by my double posting above. I thought it was lost in space, but wasn't. :eek:

 

I went back and the RCCL website seems fine now. I was able to see and read everything. ;)

It is now 10:45pm and the RCCL site is still down.

and called RC and they were able to go in and unlock my account.
