Bio Bay Tour

I have been reading many posts about the options for this tour. My family and I will be coming in June and time is not a problem. My dilemma is in which to pick. Is there NO tour that will let you Kayak in and also swim in the water. I know the tour at Mosquito Bay is brighter but it takes so much longer to get there and riding on the boat isn't really that interesting to me since I do that kind of thing all the time. The Kayak at night seems more of an experience for my family. Just wondering if it would be possible to do both things??? Or what everyones feelings were??

Thanks

Run down of trip to Vieques:

Taxi to Fajardo: $80 for up to 5 people (you have to pay to get to Fajardo if you do the Fajardo biobay, so that's a push)

Ferry to Fajardo: $4pp RT

Taxi to Esperanza: don't remember, but less than $20

Biobay tour: cost and time depends on which company you choose

Lodging for night: nice room $85

Return next day: same prices as getting there
