nikkinoo1011 Posted February 15, 2011 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2011 I'm new to all this and have a question. I've noticed the RCCL Oasis is going to be in St Marteen and St. Thomas the day the Carnival Dream is there. We will be on the dream. Does this mean the island will not be quite so busy? I've heard we are going in the off season, July 5 St Thomas, July 6 St Marteen, and hope this means it won't be so bad. It's also a weekday as well. Yes, July and August are low season on these islands. St. Thomas can hold 4 big ships and St. Martin 6 ships, with all docked and no tendering. Try this in Dec with 7 ships in St. Martin. We did.
TNVolTD Posted February 16, 2011 #3 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Of course, you should count Oasis as 2 or 3 ships worth of passenger load!
