Cycling excursion: St. Maarten vrs St. Thomas

Both islands are hilly and congested, and in St. Thomas they drive on the left, all things to be considered before deciding on a bicycle tour. You can try Tri Sports in St.Maarten they are located just past the bridge in the Simpson Bay area. If they don't have what you are looking for they should be able to point you in the right direction. They also have Kayak rentals and tours in case you would be interested in a safer excursion.

You might want to look into a bike excursion on Water Island, a short ferrry ride from the pier at Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas. Great people led the tour, island highlights were pointed out, and you end up at a very secluded beach for a bit of swimming/sunbathing. My son and I went on this tour about 5 years ago; booked it through Royal Caribbean.
