cruzaddict Posted March 4, 2005 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2005 Is it possible to cancel a shore excursion after you have booked it already?
CelebrityMan Posted March 4, 2005 #2 Share Posted March 4, 2005 Hi, I'll quote from an e-mail recently received: "If you wish to make any changes to this confirmation, please ensure that your request is received and processed at least ten days prior to the start of your cruise. Otherwise, any changes will be handled directly on board the vessel. If you were to cancel your cruise and have booked excursions, please be advised that the shore excursion portion is not subject to penalty. If you were to cancel shore excusions only, please note that this can only be processed up to 10 days prior to sailing. Otherwise, you will have to request cancellation and refund on board the vessel." I hope this answers your question. CM
Bruin Steve Posted March 4, 2005 #3 Share Posted March 4, 2005 I have even changed a pre-booked shore excursion ONBOARD...and, believe it or not, the very morning of the excursion...to a lower cost excursion...and recieved full credit for the difference to my ship account...
