Pool at port?

We were in Belize a few years back on a cruise. I seem to remember right at the pier there being a bar/restaurant with a pool that was right at the pier. Had hammocks and stuff to. I can't seem to find any information regarding this and was wondering if anyone could help me out here, as to whether it's still there, or if I'm completely imagining this. :). Thanks

It sound like you are describing Costa Maya. They have a very nice area right at their "tourism village" with a pool, bar, shopping. It is beautiful. Unfortunately, Belize's tourism village is nothing at all like that. Just a very crowded, gated area with some shops.

I am not a pool fan on a Caribbean cruise but the one in Costa Maya is nice, restaurants, shopping area, etc. Very close to the ship for those who don't wish to explore more...

We prefer the ocean as well. The pool there was an added bonus when grabbing a quick drink.
