I am thinking of eating at he Steakhouse for our Cruise in March How good is are the steaks are they better then the mail dining room. Does anyone have a sample menu? thanks in advance. What is the dress code as well ?

if you go on the carnival website you can see the menu for the steakhouse. I have never been to the steakhouse myself but it has been highly recommended to me and we will be going for the 1st time on our upcoming cruise on the DREAM. Dresscode is also mentioned on the website, you need to dress really nice, like on elegant night. I have been told the steaks and food are great, but what you are really paying for is the superior service you will be getting. The steakhouse experience takes 2 1/2 hours.

Dress Code: The dress code requires that men wear jackets on the 'Cruise Elegant' nights of the cruise.

 

On other nights, long pants, collared shirts for men, and slacks/skirts and nice tops for women. No sneakers or flip flops.

 

Consider the first night. Some ships offer a free bottle of wine.

The Steakhouse on the Dream is superb!! And I can't wait to go back in June. The steak is delicious, and melts in your mouth. Service is incredible and the atmosphere is very warm, and heart felt. Make sure you get the cheesecake for dessert. You won't even believe how HUGE the slice is!!! The nominal fee is beyond worth it. You'll be pleased :)

We went last Feb. and loved it so much that we have steakhouse reservations for 4 nights on our upcoming Legend cruise.

We had dinner at the one on the Conquest! It was AMAZING!!! Absolutely worth it! The steak and lobster was superb!!!

Just got off the Dream on Feb 19th. Ate in the steakhouse for Valentine's. Absolutely fantastic! The food, the staff, everything! Definitely a must!
