Great Stirrup Cay - what's it like?

I really enjoyed the island. They have chairs out for you and umbrellas, also a pavillion for eating and a bar--- the bathrooms are ok sort of like any public beach. There are hummocks, picnic tables a place to take a walk too but it is also crowded at fist. I find that beginning at 1 people start going back and it becomes less crowded. Yes you can snorkle and NCL rents equipment or you can bring your own. You must wear a vest supplied with the rental or freee ifyou bring your own. Snorkling is ok.

thanks for the info. Is there shopping there, just beach type activities? Is there restaurants, and do they have any lockers near the beach if you want to snorkel?

Derf5585, Thanks for the great pics! I have heard that The Dawn has not been stopping there. I am going on her April 10 and I sure hope they are stopping there then! I was really looking forward to doing some snorkeling there.
