Anyone have experience with Premier Taxis or Folkestone Taxis

Both are considerably cheaper on Heathrow/Dover trips than London based car services.

Locally-based car services (eg Dover/Folkestone or Southampton or Harwich) are usually cheaper than London-based or airport-based services. But the driver's shoes may not be so shiny.
