I had a problem yesterday, it showed the cruises already booked, but I could not open the shore excursions.

I had to finally call to have shore excursion booked because I couldn't open them. They showed up right away. Explanation from agent was they were having some system problems that day. She was able to book them and they showd up fine later.

Just checked and no problem viewing my reservation.

Did you already add your reservation?

Yes the trip has been added and I have been adding shore excursions and been able to see them with no problem. Now I see a red "succesful" where a list of things to do once was, like "make dinner reservations, book shore excursions" weird!!!

The only time that occurred with my reservastion was when I made a reservation for La reserve and Oceania was working in my reservation.

It showed a similar message in red and I could not add anything in the reservation for a short period.

I hope they are moving me up to a PH!

I have been unable to access the already booked section for our cruise. We have made our final payment, but that occurred only this past week. I see "successful"; however, I can get no further. I wanted to start booking excursions and make dining reservations. I thought maybe the final payment information hadn't reached the web based operation.

Yes, I had a problem last week. I hadn't been on the O website for a while, and when I logged in and checked my upcoming cruise, it said I "hadn't selected a suite or stateroom". (nor any other options, but we hadn't done any hotel or excursion stuff anyway) I was rather concerned, as our sailing is sold out, and it is VERY important to us that we get a starboard side room on our particular sailing. Our account on O's website did previously have our stateroom listed. I called our TA, who confirmed that yes, we were still booked in our original reserved stateroom. Just to be safe, I called Oceania direct, who also confirmed that we were still reserved as originally booked. They weren't sure of the error.

I think I found the bottom line--it looks like for some reason my O online account dropped my actual booking info, and reverted to a basic "save this cruise because I'm interested in this sailing". I re-input my booking confirmation number, and everything popped up again a-ok.

Hope that helps.
