KittyLiXX Posted March 13, 2011 #59 Share Posted March 13, 2011 Hey all - Have any of you wondered HOW you qualified to get the postcard to get the trip ?? Was it based on play from Harrah's or CAS or a combo ??? We both gamble too much everywhere :p but would be curious as to exactly what & where qualified me for this trip invite. I know I paid for a trip several times over last couple of times I was in AC at Harrahs  - But I have friends who gamble with us side by side and didn't get the invite ( and they cruise NCL a lot more than I do) I've seen Harrahs, Ceasars and CAS mentioned- - Has anyone figured it out ? So who's going on the Jewel July 30th ? I received my confirmation and a BB balcony - I'm happy ...

The last time I sailed ncl was in 08 and that was only my second sailing and first time joining Cas.. I only received one offer before this current one.. But I was in harrahs AC Feb 23-25 and accumulated about 1200 tier credits in one night on a platinum card. I did not receive a keep any eye out for an offer email from cas. Makes me believe I may have been picked from the recent play at harrahs and a combo of being a total rewards member and cas member.
Coastalbreezes Posted March 18, 2011 #61 Share Posted March 18, 2011 Well, I have never played at Harrah's but assumed it was based on my slot play on the Gem last November. I accumulated many many many (!) points that week! Tracy
CRAustin Posted April 18, 2011 #62 Share Posted April 18, 2011 I'm in the qualifier in NOLA 5/19-5/21, hopefully I'll win and be on the Spirit in Nov. I've done the qualifier once before but it was in Lake Tahoe and I didn't place :(

CRAustin Posted August 23, 2011 #67 Share Posted August 23, 2011 Anyone going who has qualified and now going on the Spirit 11/13/11. I came in 2nd in Tahoe Tournament and plan on booking tomorrow. Wondering what type of room and any other special activities. They should be paying for everything including taxes and port. Wondering if anyone else on the board won and is taking cruise. Need details, plus a little Leary of size of ship took EPIC in April for first cruise.

Need details, plus a little Leary of size of ship took EPIC in April for first cruise. I qualified in NOLA. Cruise is booked and I'm counting down. :D Yes, all expenses are paid. They will book your flights and hotel. There is supposed to be a get together of some sort on Saturday night at Harrah's. The tournament will have two rounds on 11/14 and one on 11/19 with the awards @ 5:00 on 11/19. CAS & Harrah's should have a few different get togethers during the cruise. At least they did on our December cruise. We sailed the Spirit last December and totally loved the ship and crew. So much so that we came home and booked a family cruise for New Years. That was our first NCL cruise and we were sold. The largest ships that we have sailed were Royal Caribbean's Voyager and Liberty. We actually prefer the smaller ships. Hope this helps. Come join our roll call. Pat
