Chris&Krystal Posted March 1, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 1, 2011 42 Days until we go on the Ecstasy! What are the things not to miss and are there any secret doors or any others secrets we need to know about? Thanks!
Luluwa Posted March 1, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 1, 2011 I do know one thing, the cruise director Steve Casell is terrific and very talented. Enjoy the Ecstasy, she's one of our FAVORITE ships. :D

JRock59 Posted March 1, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 1, 2011 Extreme Country show Steve plays the fiddle and is AMAZING! Head to the very back of Lido deck there are "wings" on either side with tables and chairs great spot to sit and enjoy a bite to eat or just watch the wake. Pizza and Deli are to the back of Lido inside right next to the door going out side. Rotisarie chicken is out side on Lido inbetween the grill and Mongoilian grill it just looks like part of the grill but it has different selections. Raven Days Posted March 1, 2011 #5 Share Posted March 1, 2011 Ditto to all of the above but want to add my personal fav: I love the observation deck on the Veranda Deck! There is hardly ever anyone up there. There are no chairs but its a great view!
Chris&Krystal Posted March 6, 2011 Author #6 Share Posted March 6, 2011 Thanks everybody! Went on the Ecstasy prior to the overhaul a couple of years ago. Excited to see how she has changed....
cruisebarbie Posted March 6, 2011 #7 Share Posted March 6, 2011 We found the veranda open deck on this last trip. Go all the way forward on the veranda deck and at the end of the hall is an exit door. It was a little windy but really peaceful out there. It over looks the crew deck and if you go down the stairs out there you can see into the bridge. great photo opportunities out there. I also really enjoyed getting sun on the top deck that over looks the lido deck. It is the same deck as the sports deck but overlooking the pool. Wow--what a view! You can see the entire ship with the ocean as a backdrop. Vicki
