Ocean Players Club or Princess Players Club??

I was hoping to get a nice fruit basket and such like I did on my last Carnival cruise. I wrote to the OCP just like I did for my last cruise including all my info / past guest number and booking. But this time I did not receive a response.

A few weeks ago I received a letter from Princess Players Club offering me $100 casino credit if a booked a Bermuda Cruise in July. I was think I might try contacting them to see if they can provide any similar perks for my upcoming Caribbean Cruise.

Has anyone ever contacted PPC and asked for perks? Did it work?

Thanks..

Well just FYI.. I had called Princess Players Club and was told they only offer perks on select sailings. But then today I received an email from Ocean Players Club..

We are excited to hear that you are sailing with us again! You are eligible to receive a cash comp of $50 which can be collected at the casino cashiers cage onboard for your upcoming cruise. We have placed your details onto our guest list and you are all set. Have a wonderful voyage and the best of luck while in our casino!

and that is better than nothing! I'm sure they will get it back and then some the first night.. But I'm happy!

Thanks,

After reading this, I called the Ocean Players number and now I get 50.00 and hubby gets 25.00. They are sending me email as I stated I wanted something that says what I get so no confusion in casino.

Hubby will be bummed that I get more than him, but I quess I play more.

Thanks again,

Dawn

I was on the Crown Princess over Christmas and in October I sent the Players Club an e-mail letting them know my holiday plans. Apparently I was eligible for a "standard bon voyage package". There was nothing waiting for me in my cabin upon embarkation so I thought they had forgotten. The next day a very nice bottle of red wine was delivered to the cabin. I was very pleased and I will certainly let them know when I will next be onboard. I always let the pitt boss know that I want to be rated when I am playing cards. They keep track of how much time you spend playing as well as the amount you spend.

Congrats on getting $50 and $25 added to your casino account! Enjoy!

To answer the OP, Princess Players Club and Ocean Players Club are one and the same. At least their phone numbers are identical. Last cruise I asked to be rated the first night - DW plays blackjack and I play craps and blackjack. The next day we received chocolate coated strawberries and a bottle of water in our cabin. We were also comped drinks every so often while playing. A month orso before our upcoming cruise, I'll call the club and let them know our plans. Let's see what this will bring.

Ok, my husband and myself spend a lot of time in the Princess casinos. and while on the Diamond in Nov of 2009 I won a tote bag with cap, shirt pen, etc. Who do I contact to let the know we will be on the Crown TA in May and can we get perks? Do you have an address or email? Anything would be appreciated.

Just go to OCEAN PLAYERS CLUB DOT COM (no spaces of course). Fill out the contact us form with any information on past cruises. They will respond, just be patient. It seems they are taking a lot longer these days to get back to you!

We got 2 fruit baskets (one for each of us, i guess) and our cabin was all decorated on two walls with cascading Bon Voyage centerpiece thingys hanging from the ceiling one time on the Conquest. The last trip (October) we got Nothing!
