Snorkeling in Roatan

I apologize if this question has been asked many times. I tried doing a thread search but too many threads made my head start to hurt :o

 

Anyway, my Dh and twin 9 yr olds. They love to snorkel and see sea life. We will be in Roatan in July on the NCL spirit.

 

Any suggestions for how to proceed? should we book with the cruise, with an independent tour operator, or just grab a cab somewhere?
