bunchesofun Posted March 4, 2011 #1 Share Posted March 4, 2011 Has anyone done the Sea Lion Encounter on Blue Lagoon offered independently in Nassau? We were on tripadvisor looking at what there was to do in Nassau and saw this offered. They have a 1:30 departure and the ship is supposed to dock at 11:00 so I think this is doable. Just curious if anyone else has done this. Fairly reasonable at $80 per person.
hughdm Posted March 4, 2011 #2 Share Posted March 4, 2011 Have you checked the ports board? Try searching on http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=58.
bunchesofun Posted March 4, 2011 Author #3 Share Posted March 4, 2011 Thank you, there seem to be a number of posts there about them after I did a search. Unfortunately there is a post from January that they tried to book for May and it was already sold out. :(
danech Posted March 4, 2011 #4 Share Posted March 4, 2011 Kids and I did this in 2009 and it was both great, and worth the cost.

bunchesofun Posted March 4, 2011 Author #6 Share Posted March 4, 2011 We sent a reservation request to Blue Lagoon before we read about May being sold out. In the meantime i was checking the Atlantis website because they also have a sea lion encounter. For our date/time they had only three spots left (we're a party of four). I called to see if there was a chance of getting another spot, but the agent said he didn't show any availability in his computer, so I went ahead and booked it. Hopefully we can get one more ticket.
