Fan-ta-sea or Sail and Snorkel excursion

Hey! My family will be stopping in St. Kitts in June. We sail on June 12th on Carnival Victory. There are two excursions we are looking at for our family of 5. I can't decide between the Fan-ta-sea excursion of Sail and Snorkel. Sail and snorkel is cheaper but doesn't seem like you get to swim and explore as much.

 

I would also like to spend some time at a beach. Does anyone know if we could do these excursions and still have time to go to another beach??

 

I would appreciate any help.
