Cruisin MarcnFran Posted April 22, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2004 Has anyone else tried to book thru The Captain's Club recently for reservations for a Specialty Restaurant and was told to call back because of a problem? I have tried twice and today they took all the info and told me that they would call back with my confirmation number. Has this happened to anyone else? While talking to the Rep., she told me that they are in the process of updating their computers to Windows 2000. This is giving them problems. We had the same thing when my office ungraded(?). She told me that the only computer working properly was the one that had not yet been updated. We got a call back a few hours later with our confirmation.
