jet skis?

just wondering what the "going rate" for jet skis was on St. Martin, and if anyone has gotten any "good deals" at any particular beach/establishment.

January 2004 jet skis were $40.00 per half hour at Great Bay Beach. We bargained in chairs, umbrella and water trampoline for $45.00 for everything.

Hey WOG......where did you do this in St. Martin ? Where is Great beach ? is it far from Orient Beach?

When you get off the ship you can take a water taxi ($5 to use all day/kids free) to the Main area (Front Street). As you get off the taxi you will see a beach to the left. Go down that beach and you will see all the jet skis and chairs lined up. Go down a little further and you will see the water trampoline and that is where we did it. It was a lot of fun and so close to the ship that we just went back to shower, change, have lunch and head back into town to do some shopping. You can see it from the deck of the ship as you dock (or verandah if you are on that side) and vice versa you can see the ships docked from your beach chairs.

 

Yes, I think Orient Beach is about a 20 min cab ride from Phillipsburg.
