Rum Point ?

We may be in Grand Cayman the end of June and would like to head straight out to Rum Point vs Seven Mile Beach since I think it will be a little less crowded with everyone else. What I need to know is if you can rent jet skis and/or para sail right at the beach there like you can at Seven Mile Beach?
