We are looking for some restaurants to have dinner @ and watch the cruise ships leave from Galveston on Sunday........ any suggestions would be great.

Any food is good but would really like some local seafood......

Also any good viewing areas that we can check out as well

Fisherman's Wharf, Willie G's, and Olympia Grill (Harbor House Hotel) are all restaurants right at the pier and you would have a bird's eye view of the sailings.

Olympia at Pier 21 has the best view from the outside deck.

Willie G's is set back so you only see the ships when they pass.

Fisherman's Wharf has an outside deck where you have a good view of the ships.

We like them all.

Great Thank You

We will check them out tomorrow

Last weekend we watched the Conquest and Voyager depart from Pier 21 (where the Harbor House / Olympia Grill is) after eating Lunch at Fisherman's wharf! :D

You can read my review of the ships departing starting on post #4719 HERE.
