Cove Balcony on Dream or Reg Balcony on Legend?

We're thinking of booking a 7-day Western on Dream or Legend. We're wondering if anyone has sailed in a cove balcony room. Did you like it? How did it compare to a regular balcony? I've noticed that they are on deck 2 and have never sailed on that low of a deck. We've been on Legend before and know just what to expect there. Any insight and/or advice will be greatly appreciated.
