OBC credits

Just wondering how these show up. I'm due some from both RCCL and my TA. Does it show on documents before we sale or does it show up once on board?

The OBC from RCI will be located under Booking Charges and in code on your Confirmation Invoice from them. Any outside OBC will not appear on your Invoice from RCI.

 

Once on board it may take up to 2 days before it appears on your SeaPass Account.

Patti is correct. If you are due any OBC from your TA, take WRITTEN PROOF with you on the ship. It is VERY difficult to guarantee that they will show up on your account automatically and without written proof, it will be even more difficult to convince RCI that you are due.

 

Take all confirmations, certificates, print-outs from the TA that show your OBCs. The ship can call the TA if needed, so be sure to take their contact information as well.

Hi - Anyone have any idea how long it takes for the $$'s to show up on your account?

I Fedex'd my certificates back to RCCL and they signed for them on 3/10. I know it's only been a little over a week but we sail on 4/2...definitely want those OBC $'s for this cruise :). Thanks!!
