We took the water taxi to Caye Cauker on May 10th and had no problemns.The taxi was on time. We took the San Predro express both ways. We loved the spilit and the lazy lizard. I will definately go there again.

I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. I was getting worried about what to do in Belize because none of the other excursions looked appealing or had the right price.

Thanks everyone for the info. This is the kind of information that make a new port stop much less intimidating! We are researching this port for an upcoming potential cruise and this pretty much has me sold. We have been to St John when visiting St Thomas numerous times and this looks like a similar adventure...thanks!

we were thinking of going to Caye Caulker to spend the day (3-4hrs). We don't care that much about snorkel, just want a really nice beach and it seems it may be here. Would it be worth the time for a nice beach day or something closer? TIA
