Day one up at 245 to get to Newark Airport. Parked at Corporate Parking indoor lot seemed good van right to door of American.. Breeze thru security and boarded befor 530. The plane needed deicing waited for 30 min so took off after 630 but arrived Miami only 10 min late. Cab stop at store for h2o and sun screen then to port at 1030. On board by 1130 (zone 3). Carried our luggage on because I did not know I would have to leave them with the guys outside and I wanted to go thru some things. But it was ok. We went to the back of the lido deck. Go all the way to back by adult hot tubs, less crowded and quieter and the grill had no line forever cause no one knew we were back there. Great bathroom to change in. Down to room 2344 at 130 with all our bags.http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/014.jpg

Day 3 found front deck after running, Secrete deck on 6 and 7 forward. Watched the sunrise. http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/001-1.jpg

Ship was ancoring at Half Moon Cay at 7am. We ate and then went on the fourth tender to the island, get out early or wait. Walked down past ship bar and found a tree with two hammock and 2 chairs. http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/042.jpg

Walked around saw church and where people got jetkiing then kept walking and found the sting rays and took picture, http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/032.jpg

I would not pay to do this excursion small enclosure with 6 or so sting rays. Back to sit at beach, snorkeled and saw fish the color of the sand. the sand was like walking on baby powder.

Cruise day 4: Grand Turk:

Had breakfast in the dinning room this day cause we didn't dock till 11.

We were seated at at table with 3 other couples. Ordered. They must have went up to the Lido deck and waited in line because it took that long and was exactly the same food and was cold. http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/008-1.jpg

Needed to get off ship early because we were doing an excursion that we booked on our own. Snorkeling with Blue Water Divers.

http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/010.jpg

I do not like to snorkel with the ship because they put you with 80 people and you only see feet not fish. The Liberty was already in port and people were getting off as we docked. So the marketplace was packed. Found the Taxi stand and went in a van with another family the 5 minuet ride to the dive shop. Then sat and waited for the last 2 people who were late.

Out on the most beautiful water to the first spot. Very nice saw some fish. Water was not cold. Back in boat to go to wall. Drop from 30 feet to 8000. Saw no fish here but it was cool.

Went to the Osprey Hotel Restaurant for a few beers and a salad with another couple.

Then a cab to Jacks Place on the beach for some more beer.http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/026.jpg

Walked back to ship.

Day 5: Day at sea.

Because I get up early to run I got to witness the chair hogs 1st hand. At 6am there were chairs already saved. I did get 2 chairs around 7:30am but I sat in mine ALL day. My DH was back and forth to different parts of ship (casino mostly). By 8:45 AM there were no chairs around the pool area. It was quite entertaining to watch people come up and walk thru the empty chairs realizing they were all taken. By 10am people were picking up chairs and moving them all over the deck. Up till this day you didn't realize how many people were on the ship. The Liberty was in our sights all day, they did pass us.

http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/030.jpg

They did some trivia by the pool and Ice Carving and then the hairy chest contest which was funny but that is about it.

This made us laugh at the pool: http://i132.photobucket.com/albums/q33/lordofzrings/031.jpg

Lines at lunch were crazy. Last night of dinner was nice. Donated to the casino one last time then to the family comedy show and then the adult one. I was a little mad cause they said everyone had to leave so they could let people in for the 2nd adult show, we were at the back of room so out towards the end. Others stayed in their seats and the cruise staff did not make them leave. I would have stayed. Oh well live and learn. I would travel on the Destiny again.
