Just an update. We went on the Jewel last week and stopped at Nassau. We went to Atlantis by water taxi for $4.00 pp. All 14 of us did the Beach Day/Dig/Lunch/ Combo through Atlantis for $60 per adult, $40.00 per child and chjldren 3 and under are free. You had access to any of the three beach areas at Atlantis which were all beautiful. This included chairs and towels. The water was warm enought to swim in and the beach was great. You had 4 different restaurants to choose from also. We had a great day!The kids loved the dig.

Thanks so much for the update. Sounds really great. That's our plan for next week. We'll also be on NCL Jewel.

We took the water taxi back and forth for 4.00 pp each way. We bought the package right through Atlantis when we got over there, not through the ship. They have a couple of areas set up right inside through the casino area. It may be quicker to take the taxi over if your time is limited as that drops you right off at the door. There is a little walk from the water taxi and you may have to wait for it to fill up.Taxis are waiting as soon as you come off the ship, also $4.00 pp.I believe.I think it would still be worth it if you got right off the ship at 800am.It only takes about 15 min to get back to the ship

Terry, thanks so much for all your info. We will be there in Nov 2011, our teens really just want to do the waterslides, pool. Is there a package just for that? Someone said it doesn't open until nine? The rest of our group just wants to explore, can they do that with out buying any tickets? We also will only be there until 2, it is a short day do you think we will have enough time?

The waterpark package is expensive= $129.00 pp. for everything.I believe it opens at 9am. We got off the ship at 830am and over by water taxi for 9am.For $39.00 you can see the aquarium, Dig etc all day.You can explore certain areas, the yachts, and the casino for free. The Dig is worth it, but I don't know if you would get your money's worth for the slides and waterpark if you have to leave by one to get back to the ship, it leaves only 4 hours. The time went by really fast!
